Introducing “automation / labor saving” solutions that you can see, touch, and experience [Thailand METALEX 2020 Report]

16/12/2020
UENO (THAILAND) CO., LTD.

"METALEX 2020" was held amid the Corona pandemic. We selected and exhibited products that are "useful at manufacturing sites in Thailand" so that visitors can feel the products and solutions of UENO THAILAND closer to themselves.

By seeing the movement of the actual equipment, people can have an image of FA! Exhibits which focus on demo machines

The catalog alone does not fully explain the exact movement of the equipment. By seeing the actual product, people can imagine for the first time the state of FA using the equipment. Three demo machines were exhibited under the theme of "The contents of work can be understood at a glance by seeing the movement".

Exhibited product 1

Linear conveyor module

LCM is a conveyance system that applies a linear motor to robots. Since it is a module type, it has a high degree of freedom in design and corresponds to adjustments by process changes. It has abilities such as integrating and controlling cameras and robots on the same software platform. It is a next-generation conveyance equipment that replaces belt conveyors and free-flow conveyors.

Points useful for promoting FA
■ Module type with a high degree of freedom in design
■ The same process can be shared. Contributes to cost reduction and downsizing of conveyance lines
■ Shorten the conveying process time with high transfer accuracy and acceleration/deceleration performance
■ Since it is a module type, it corresponds to application changes and diversions.

Exhibited product 3

Cam Type positioner / Cam Type Index (SANKYO SEISAKUSHO)

Cam positioner CAM index

Sankyo Seisakusho's cam mechanism that combines high-speed and high-precision positioning as well as high rigidity. We exhibited two types, a fixed positioning device "SANDEX" equipped with this cam mechanism and a zero-backlash arbitrary positioning device "ROLLERDRIVE". Both are used in various FA devices.

Exhibitions and demonstrations will be held in Thailand even after the exhibition!
