The strength of Tokyo Seimitsu (ACCRETECH THAILAND) machines is that they can be used for a long time, and there are two factors that make it possible in Thailand. The first is that supply period of the manufacturer's genuine parts is long. The second is that the service department in Thailand is well-developed and the maintenance support system is in place.

We are confident that our machine can be used for 20 to 30 years in Thailand. Worthy of a special mention regarding the support system is the presence of Shuji Okubo, who has 35 years of experience in engineer service. His overwhelming knowledge and skills are encouraging not only for our customers but also for our Japanese and Thai staff.

The priority is "Don't stop the line!" when responding

Okubo's motto is "to make a stopped machine ready for use as soon as possible". That motto is inherited by all of our Thai staff. In addition, all Thai staff are trained in Japan to be skillful with the technology.

An example of a malfunction that occurs in Thailand is a trouble caused by the Thai climate (hot and humid). Also, there are many cases of electrical system troubles due to the power situation in Thailand. Another common problem is that the PC that has been used for many years does not start up. In such a case, we take flexible measures, such as rent out the PC in our warehouse to restart the line first, and do full-scale repair during that time.

We have a setup for regular calibration, maintenance, and system updates. As a manufacturer, we recommend regular calibration once a year to our customers.

Even for an old model machine, please consult us first!

When we visit customer’s factory, we are sometime impressed that, "such an old machine is still being used?" That's when Okubo comes in. With his "wealth of knowledge and experience" and "reliable skill", the condition of the machine is accurately diagnosed and appropriate treatment is given. It is unlikely that he makes a mistake in "identifying the defective part" and "order of repair". There are some machines that can only be repaired by Okubo, so he travels to neighboring countries such as Vietnam, Cambodia, and Myanmar. In the future, we would like to have his skills to be passed onto Thai staff and further enhance our service department.

Joined Tokyo Seimitsu Co., Ltd. in 1986. In October 2015, he was assigned to Thailand as a service manager in order to utilize his many years of field experience in Thailand.

In the case the Company receives request from the individual user regarding the disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or erasure of personal information, stoppage of use by a third party or notification of use, after confirmation that the requester is the individual user, the Company will respond without delay in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.

Note that in the case that the request does not meet the requirements stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Act, or the reason to reject such request is permitted by the Personal Data Protection Act or other laws and regulations, the request may not be fulfilled.

In addition, there is no payment required or fees associated with the request for disclosure by the individual user. However, the cost of communication from the individual user to the Company, transportation expenses, and expenses associated with the preparation of materials for the purposes of individual identification will be the responsibility of the individual user.
