Accretech (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

ACCRETECH (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (hereafter "ACCRETECH (Thailand)") held its first private show in two years, co-sponsored by TOSEI (Thailand) Co., Ltd. The show was attended by 412 visitors over the three-day period from November 29 to December 1, 2022, resulting in more visitors than the previous show (2020: approximately 200 visitors over two days). In this article, we will introduce the contents of the private show and the highlights of the exhibition.

Solutions to improve efficiency from manufacturing to quality inspection (measurement) at factories

The main theme of the exhibition was "Smart Manufacturing by Smart Measurement," and we prepared solutions that can be utilized along each process from manufacturing to shipping at factories.

1) Smart Factory (Visualization)
Real-time monitoring system by TOSEI × Mitsubishi Electric

SCADA software "GENESIS64" visualizes production progress of the entire factory, error status of each machine, quality level, etc. OEE real-time monitoring function enables real-time monitoring of machine OEE, operation reports and data.

2) Smart Machining
Machining center with automatic measuring function by TOSEI × Brother

A solution to improve milling efficiency by equipping Brother's “SPEEDIO S500Xd1“ machining center with TOSEI's run-out detector.

3) Smart Turning (Lathe Machining)
Lathe with automatic measuring function by TOSEI × Murata Machinery

A solution that enables immediate turning and workpiece measurement by installing TOSEI's measurement system on Murata Machinery's parallel 2-axis CNC lathe "MW120Ⅱ". An auto-feedback function allows automatic adjustment of machine offset values.

4) Smart Grinding (Grind Machining)
Lathe with automatic measuring function by TOSEI × SHIGIYA × SBS

SBS, a new addition to the ACCRETECH group, exhibited its grinding wheel auto balancer and outside diameter measurement with a sizing device.

5) QC: Post-process measurement system by TOSEI

Presentation for data management of air-micro and electric-micro measuring machines, proposing a method for smart management of measurement data on PCs, which used to be managed by handwritten or manually input on PCs.

6) QA: Smart Metrology

Demand for surface roughness measuring machines has been increasing in Thailand in recent years, and many customers showed a keen interest in these machines. In addition, the shaft shape measuring machine OPTIC-LINE, which we started handling in Thailand in 2022, it was the first time an actual machine being displayed at our exhibition. We have received a number of inquiries, including specific ones.

Seminar in Thai to introduce basic knowledge in measurement “Introduction to Geometric Tolerance" and "Introduction to Surface Roughness" are in high demand in Thailand

The seminars were particularly popular at the exhibition. In Thailand, there are few opportunities to study measurement, and opportunities for on-site local staff to learn in Thai are quite rare. Partly because of this background, the lectures focused on content that could be put to practical use immediately were quite popular.

Through this exhibition, we were once again able to sense a trend in the challenges faced by our customers. In addition to high precision, factors such as "labor-saving," "high-speed," and "efficiency" are also being demanded in Thailand. Automation in the manufacturing field is not only about machining, but also the area of measurement is an important element.

The concept of this exhibition was to provide visitors with a concrete image of the efficiency of production by integrating solutions that promote the smart factory, such as automatic workpiece measurement in the machining process and a system for reporting and analyzing measurement results. Request for Notification, Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use of Personal Information

In the case the Company receives request from the individual user regarding the disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or erasure of personal information, stoppage of use by a third party or notification of use, after confirmation that the requester is the individual user, the Company will respond without delay in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.

Note that in the case that the request does not meet the requirements stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Act, or the reason to reject such request is permitted by the Personal Data Protection Act or other laws and regulations, the request may not be fulfilled.

In addition, there is no payment required or fees associated with the request for disclosure by the individual user. However, the cost of communication from the individual user to the Company, transportation expenses, and expenses associated with the preparation of materials for the purposes of individual identification will be the responsibility of the individual user.
