Hello. My name is Motoshi Hagiwara, Managing Director of TOKYO SEIMITSU・ACCRETECH Thailand. In this article, I will introduce our company outline and activities.

About Tokyo Seimitsu・ACCRETECH

Our company, TOKYO SEIMITSU · ACCRETECH has strengths of state-of-the-art precision measurement technology and precision processing technology. The Japanese headquarters was founded in 1949, and its main products are semiconductor manufacturing equipment and precision measuring equipment.
Currently, we have group companies in 15 countries around the world, we are aiming for further growth by combining high technical capabilities.

The brand name "ACCRETECH" was created by combining "Accrete" meaning "symbiosis" and "Technology" meaning technology. It is a manifestation of determination to "grow together with the best technologies in the world".
The corporate motto is "WIN - WIN REALTIONSHIP". We will grow with our customers and all stakeholders and develop mutual relationships. Under such a code of conduct, we are working on our business on a daily basis.

Focus on operation support as well as sales, maintenance and service of precision measuring instruments

Company expansion into Thailand is 2010. Although sales of products in Thailand through distributors started in the 1990's, due to the increase in Japanese enterprises' expansion and expansion of businesses, Tokyo Seimitsu / ACCRETECH (Thailand), as we judged that “We need an organization that allows customer to see our face”, we established the subsidiary in Thailand.
The center of our business in Thailand is sales, maintenance and service of precision measuring instruments, and operation support. In particular, we are also focusing on supporting operation of measuring instruments, and in response to customers' requests such as reexamining operation and improving measurement efficiency, we are setting up an application team in 2013. We also have one app dedicated Japanese dispatcher, we are preparing a comprehensive support system that is more than simple maintenance, and also proposing solutions that contribute to automation and others.

Open New Show room at Amata Nakorn!

Because of high customer needs, we opened a new showroom "Measuring Center" in Amata City · Chonburi Industrial Complex (Former Amata Nakorn Industrial Complex) in 2018. We are also offering solutions such as three-dimensional measuring machine (CMM), surface roughness / contour shape measuring machine (Surfcom series), roundness / cylindrical shape measuring machine (Roncom series) and solutions. Through this showroom, we would like to make our products feel more familiar to the manufacturing industry including the automobile industry, and we would like to respond to requests more quickly and flexibly.

Contributing to Thai society through cutting-edge technology precision measurement equipment such as three-dimensional measuring machine (CMM)

The main users of measuring instruments are the automobile industry where strict accuracy is required, especially metal and resin processing industry among them. We are checking safety, stability, environmental friendliness, designability, etc. by "measurement" in every manufacturing process such as design, manufacturing and inspection. Many of our current customers are Japanese companies, but in recent years there has been a strong tendency for local companies, especially the automobile industry, to be highly accurate. In fact, inquiries and requests from local companies are also increasing. To quickly capture the needs of the Thai market and to contribute to the Thai society through precision measuring instruments, we will work hard on the staff of Tokyo Seimitsu · ACCRETECH (Thailand).

The Company will maintain the accuracy of personal information and manage it safely.

The Company will take precautionary measures against the loss, destruction, tampering, and leakage of personal information through appropriate system maintenance of the operating system and education of employees.

Request for Notification, Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use of Personal Information

In the case the Company receives request from the individual user regarding the disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or erasure of personal information, stoppage of use by a third party or notification of use, after confirmation that the requester is the individual user, the Company will respond without delay in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.

Note that in the case that the request does not meet the requirements stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Act, or the reason to reject such request is permitted by the Personal Data Protection Act or other laws and regulations, the request may not be fulfilled.

In addition, there is no payment required or fees associated with the request for disclosure by the individual user. However, the cost of communication from the individual user to the Company, transportation expenses, and expenses associated with the preparation of materials for the purposes of individual identification will be the responsibility of the individual user.

Revision of Privacy Policy: The Company will review the operational status of the handling of personal information and make efforts for continuous improvement, and may change the Policy as necessary. After such changes to the Policy, the Policy will be published on the Company’s website.
