Low vibration due to linear motor drive, non-contact guide by air bearing, and characteristic positioning function make positioning accuracy of Z axis and R axis extremely high positioning possible. Non-contact drive realizes wear-free, high-precision measurement over a long period of time.

■ Automatically change measurement pressure and direction
Built-in motor in detector. Automatic switching of measuring force and measuring direction is possible.

■ Ultra high precision diameter measurement
Diameter measurement is possible with repetition accuracy 0.3 μm.

Circularity measurement and surface roughness measurement are possible with one CNC program.
