After-sales service is important for rotary valves!

When designing a rotary valve, it is necessary to consider various factors such as the size, shape, and properties of the powder (granule), the overall specifications of the facility, and environment.

Depending on the type of raw material, it is extremely susceptible to the effects of temperature and humidity, and even when these factors are taken into consideration during designing, problems can often occur after the facility is actually in operation. We believe that it is important to provide after-sales service after the valves have been installed in the customer's facility, as well as to respond to changes in specifications according to the facility conditions, and thus have a full support system established.

Check the transport condition of powder (material) at a test center that replicates the plant facility

Aishin Industrial uses a test center in Japan to check the capabilities of the facility, including rotary valves, in advance to ensure an ideal transfer environment for actual equipment. This ensures an ideal transfer environment for the actual equipment, making it possible to check the transfer status of products under conditions close to those of actual facilities (chemical plants and food factories).
