Rotary valve supplies and discharges powder and granules by rotating the rotor. The ideal discharge rate can be controlled by setting the appropriate speed for the facility conditions. In addition, a 3-way ball valve is required at switching sections of a pneumatic transportation facility for powder and granules. We prepare equipment specially designed for powder and granules and support the facility to run in an optimum state.

In Thailand, rotary valves other than those for general purpose use are imported from Japan or Europe, resulting in long delivery times and high purchase costs. When designing a rotary valve, it is necessary to consider various factors such as the size, shape, and properties of the powder (granule), the overall specifications of the facility, and environment.
Depending on the type of raw material, it is extremely susceptible to the effects of temperature and humidity, and even when these factors are taken into consideration during designing, problems can often occur after the facility is actually in operation.

Aishin Industrial uses a test center in Japan to check the capabilities of the facility, including rotary valves, in advance to ensure an ideal transfer environment for actual equipment. This ensures an ideal transfer environment for the actual equipment, making it possible to check the transfer status of products under conditions close to those of actual facilities (chemical plants and food factories).
In the near future, we plan to set up a similar test center in Thailand. This will enable us to respond more quickly and reliably to our customers in Thailand (ASEAN).
