In particular, the following environmental conditions are maintained in the constant-temperature room and measurement room where spindle repairs are performed:
• Constant-Temperature Room: 25°C
• Measurement Room: 23°C

By minimizing temperature fluctuations in iron materials through the use of precision air conditioning, AMA ensures stable measurement accuracy and improved process reproducibility. The PAP-R Series precision air conditioning system is distributed through Idaka (Thailand), AMA’s affiliated trading company. Currently, AMA is the only Japanese engineering company in Thailand to have installed the PAP-R Series, offering customers the valuable opportunity to observe the equipment in operation and verify its performance in a real working environment. In close collaboration with the manufacturer, Orion Machinery, a robust local after-sales service system has been established. From installation to ongoing maintenance, one-stop support is provided within Thailand—offering customers confidence and peace of mind when considering implementation.
