【Announcement】A seminar “Technology JAM 2019” hosted by CGS ASIA will be held! October 17th

CGS ASIA CO.,LTD. is a company which offers CAD/CAM software for mold tools in Thailand and surrounding countries. The company is planning to host “Technology JAM 2019”, which will offer seminars on CAD/CAM and the latest processing technology at Novotel Bangkok Bangna Hotel on October 17th. The seminar includes the introduction of the latest trends and how other users utilize products and several makers of machine tools, industrial tools, and peripheral devices will come and setup exhibition of their products. This year is the 13th annual event.

“Seminar for Thai people by Thai people”

We will make this event as “a seminar for Thai people by Thai people.” Mr. Suzuki explained “our Thai staff mainly prepared for the seminar from planning the contents to guiding customers at the site.” They prepared highlighted programs including introduction of examples from CAD/CAM users.

Highlight points of seminars

■Case study of the system developed by CGS

A Thai/Vietnamese company user will introduce an example of using CAD/CAM integrated system “CAM-TOOL” for mold manufacturing.。

■Example of three companies collaboration

This is reverse engineering in collaboration with 3 companies; CGS (CAD/CAM) X Mitsutoyo (Gauge)　X Sodick (Machine tools). We will introduce the following collaboration; we scan forms and make it into data without touching it by a gauge. CAM-TOOL’s new option called “polygon editing function” will make it into a model, create the NC and process it with high-performance machine tools.

■Introduction of CAD/CAM and production line management software

New CAM module installment of “EXCESS-HYBRID II” and a production line management system called “AIQ” for a full-shift to IoT will be introduced.

■In addition to the above, a delicious lunch and lucky draws (lot drawing) will be at the venue!

The seminar will also include product displays from manufacturers with unique strengths in machine tools, industrial tools, and peripheral devices.

World premiere at the seminar! New CAM module installment information on “EXCESS-HYBRIDⅡ”

One of the highlight topics of the seminar is the announcement of the newly installed CAM module scheduled in 2020 to the company's flagship CAD/CAM software “EXCESS-HYBRID II” for producing a progressive press mold manufacturing. Mr. Seki explained that the “C&G SYSTEMS INC. will announce it here in Thailand before Japan, which is the very first announcement in the world.”

“EXCESS-HYBRID II” is capable of handling 2D and 3D data at the same time in the same system and you can design mold tools “freely as you like” as its great advantage.

Request for Notification, Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use of Personal Information

In the case the Company receives request from the individual user regarding the disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or erasure of personal information, stoppage of use by a third party or notification of use, after confirmation that the requester is the individual user, the Company will respond without delay in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.

Note that in the case that the request does not meet the requirements stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Act, or the reason to reject such request is permitted by the Personal Data Protection Act or other laws and regulations, the request may not be fulfilled.

In addition, there is no payment required or fees associated with the request for disclosure by the individual user. However, the cost of communication from the individual user to the Company, transportation expenses, and expenses associated with the preparation of materials for the purposes of individual identification will be the responsibility of the individual user.
