CAD/CAM system developed based on EXCESS-HYBRIDⅡ which is exclusively for Die & Mold, which has been developed since 1986 in Japan and gained established reputation.

"Parts CAM" is a CAD/CAM system designed for metal part machining, supporting drilling, 2-axis (2.5-axis) pocketing, and 3-axis milling. It integrates the "CAM-TOOL" solver for machining and "EXCESS-HYBRID II" for easy and efficient CAD drawing and modeling. This combination enables high-quality, high-efficiency machining of both small and large parts, enhancing productivity and profitability in metalworking.

General CAM systems convert imported data (like IGES) into polygons before machining. In contrast, “Parts CAM” uses the high-performance CAM-TOOL solver with a unique surface-calculation method that keeps the tool in contact with curved surfaces, enabling smoother and more precise machining.

・Parts CAM Base
Basic module.This is a basic package module for "Parts CAM" with 3D models, 2D drawings, simple dimension / simple annotation, basic 2D drafting capabilities, 2D MC features and 3D MC roughing (Z-level Rough Cutting, Scanning-line Rough Cutting).
・CAD Option
Modeler: A basic module of modeling solids & surfaces. Surface: Includes a set of commands specific to surface modeling.
・CAM Option
Finish: Includes a 3D finish machining mode (Z-level Finishing / Scanning-line Finishing / Rest / Along Surface / Curve).
Expand: Die/Mold core parts such as punch dies and cavity cores can be processed with high quality and high efficiency.
Includes a 3D finish machining mode (Horizontal Area Cutting / Curve Control Along Surface / Corner Processing / Pencil Cutting).
CL Editor: Toolpath confirmation, information display, and editing functions such as path deletion and copying are provided.
・WC Option
Process functions for Machining and Wire-cutting are available. High quality Wire-cutting data from 2D/3D data can be created by abundant machining patterns and post processor that can be flexibly customized.
・CATIA V5 Option
The file conversion function is supported for CATIA V5.
