For this reason, we conduct thorough in-house education, regardless of the department, so that basically all staff can interpret technical drawings. Although the departments are broadly categorized into "Sales," "Accounting and General Affairs," "Material Management," "Lathe Machining," "Machine (Machining) Processing," "Finishing," and "Quality Control," the staff engaged in sales or manufacturing possess the skills to handle everything from creating technical drawings to selecting materials and performing machining tasks (such as programming and jig selection) by themselves.
