Thailand's manufacturing industry began with the assembly of home appliances and automobiles. Local production of parts has begun gradually, and now a huge supply chain is being built. In recent years, high value-added technical departments such as research and development (R & D) and quality control of each manufacturer have been established in Thailand, and a wide range of business activities have been conducted. I believe that Thailand is the hub of research and development for a wide range of market from ASEAN to India and Pakistan.

Quality assurance is required at the increasingly sophisticated research and development sites in Thailand, and vibration test equipment is used to check the quality. For example, justified data on how shaking during transportation affects product quality is needed to be provided to customers.

Test equipment customization and contract test services that contribute to the quality improvement of parts manufacturers

We design test equipment according to customers’ application. From one piece of parts and jigs, we customize it collaborating closely with customers. Despite the growing demand, it is unlikely that all parts manufacturers in Thailand will install expensive test equipment.

In order to support manufacturers who do not have a testing machine, there is our "contract test services". We plan to add two more vibration testing machines by the end of this year. This enables flexible verification of large samples and equipment.

Vibration test essential for all industrial products. The high-speed spec vibration test equipment "FH series" is effective when large acceleration is required under vibration conditions around the frequency of 20 to 80Hz. Thai EMIC sells contract test services and equipment using various vibration test equipment, including the "FH Series", one-axis vibration test equipment, three-axis vibration test equipment, and energy-saving vibration test equipment.

An environmental test equipment to evaluate products that create a composite environment by combining specified vibration, humidity, and temperature. The Company will take precautionary measures against the loss, destruction, tampering, and leakage of personal information through appropriate system maintenance of the operating system and education of employees.

Request for Notification, Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use of Personal Information

In the case the Company receives request from the individual user regarding the disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or erasure of personal information, stoppage of use by a third party or notification of use, after confirmation that the requester is the individual user, the Company will respond without delay in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.

Note that in the case that the request does not meet the requirements stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Act, or the reason to reject such request is permitted by the Personal Data Protection Act or other laws and regulations, the request may not be fulfilled.

In addition, there is no payment required or fees associated with the request for disclosure by the individual user. However, the cost of communication from the individual user to the Company, transportation expenses, and expenses associated with the preparation of materials for the purposes of individual identification will be the responsibility of the individual user.

Revision of Privacy Policy: The Company will review the operational status of the handling of personal information and make efforts for continuous improvement, and may change the Policy as necessary. After such changes to the Policy, the Policy will be published on the Company’s website.
