We are pleased to announce that we have transferred the business operations of Thai Emic Co., Ltd., to CentiForce Test Services Co., Ltd., a member of the CentiForce Group which headquarter located in Singapore in the field of technical competency.

The transferred businesses include maintenance, repair, and calibration services for vibration and environmental test equipment, as well as contract testing services. Our technical expertise, quality standards, and operational know-how have been successfully transferred, ensuring continued stable service delivery.

This transaction is part of our strategy to establish a long-term partnership between the CentiForce Group and Emic Corporation which is our headquarters in Japan. Going forward, we will collaborate in technical support, joint business development, support for Japanese-affiliated companies, and service expansion across Thailand and the ASEAN region. Existing relationships with Thai Emic’s sales partners will be maintained and respected.

Through this partnership, we aim to strengthen our business foundation in Asia and enhance our global competitiveness.
