Two vertical machining centers WE30Ve and E-Loader

At "METALEX 2020" held at BITECH - Bangkok in November, Enshu Limited exhibited two vertical machining centers type WE30Ve and the E-Loader connecting these machining centers. At the exhibition hall, we talked with the Senior Sales Manager Hitoshi Takabayashi, who has just came to Thailand two weeks ago.

The vertical machining center "WE30Ve", unique to the machine tool manufacturer Enshu, can be used by itself or in combination with the optional "E-Loader" to further reduce the amount of human work, improve work speed, save space, and reduce costs. The E-Loader is a product developed as a built-in automatic transfer device for a machining center that can be attached to the WE30Ve.

Three concepts of "E-Loader" introduced by Mr. Takabayashi

① Easy operation

It automates the work that was conventionally performed by hand and improves the work speed.

② Machines connected to each other

It is a built-in-type transport device that connects machining centers to each other and does not take up space. Space saving is achieved. ③ No robot or gantry loader required

③ No robot or gantry loader required

Since no incidental device is required, cost reduction is possible in addition to space saving.

E-Loader is 1/3 the price of a robot.

This product can be customized according to the environment used by the customer.

“E-Loader uses the X-axis of the machining center to realize simple transportation. We developed it with the aim of providing customers with low cost and space saving,” says Mr. Takabayashi. As a solution for labor saving and space saving which are also growing in Thailand, it is expected to be introduced to factories using Enshu's vertical machining center.
