This is Takabayashi of Enshu (Thailand). We import and sell machine tools from our head office, Enshu Limited, and also manufacture and sell machining centers in Thailand.

We receive many inquiries from customers on our No. 30 machining center for cutting aluminum, but recently, the number of inquiries on No. 40 for iron cutting is increasing. As our main product, we would like to focus on sales not only in Thailand, but also in Vietnam, Indonesia and other ASEAN countries, as well as in India.

In recent years, No. 40 is often used to cut iron that is harder than aluminum, and the cutting power is stronger than No. 30. The housing and the tools used are also much more rigid than No. 30.

Machining center No. 40 is used for cutting castings in addition to iron and is suitable for machining iron parts such as automobile clutches and parts for construction machinery such as forklifts. It is highly evaluated and trusted by customers for its high rigidity and long life. What I recommend is the Machining Center is a high-speed machining center with excellent accessibility (easy attachment / detachment of tools, etc.) and improved productivity by shortening the acceleration / deceleration time of spindle.
