Established in 2011, ENSHU Vietnam is a subsidiary of the ENSHU Group, located in the VSIP Industrial Park in Bac Ninh Province, Vietnam. With a dedicated team of approximately 180 employees, we specialize in the high-volume machining of precision components—primarily pistons and cylinder bodies for motorcycles. In 2024, we proudly surpassed a cumulative shipment of 12 million pistons and 5 million cylinder bodies.

High-Precision Machining and Integrated Production System at ENSHU Vietnam

One of our greatest strengths lies in our integrated production system, which covers the entire process from cutting or melting aluminum materials to machining and final inspection combined with our advanced high-precision machining technology. Piston production begins with cutting aluminum bar stock, while cylinder body production starts with melting aluminum ingots. All key processes—including die casting, heat treatment, precision machining, surface treatment, and final inspection—are carried out entirely within our factory. Our machining equipment includes machining centers and dedicated piston processing machines developed and manufactured by the ENSHU Group, showcasing our manufacturing expertise at every stage of the production process.

Our core business is machining components for Japanese motorcycle manufacturers. Motorcycles equipped with parts produced by ENSHU Vietnam are sold not only in Vietnam, but also in Japan, Europe, North America, and other regions worldwide. For production volumes of approximately 2,000 units or more per month, we are able to deliver both high production efficiency and consistent quality. We take great pride in our ability to ensure stable supply and precise quality control in mass production.

Over the years, we have built up extensive know-how and technical expertise in aluminum and casting machining. Through close collaboration with our headquarters in Japan and other ENSHU Group locations, we are able to provide quick and highly precise machining proposals based on your drawings.
