Since our company's establishment in 2016, thanks to your support, our sales have steadily increased, and the number of chip conveyor deliveries in Thailand has . With the recent relocation of the factory, the site area has been expanded to the previous scale. The entire staff is committed to providing even higher quality products and services in the future.

Expanding the work space improves manufacturing efficiency and quality
With the relocation of the factory, the manufacturing space has been expanded, allowing for more flexible handling of multiple-unit projects and shorter delivery times. Higher standards of quality control have been achieved along with QCD improvements. The factory area expansion has increased the number of on-site engineering staff due to the enlarged work space.

In addition, with more space, we now have a wider range of spare parts in stock. We are also expanding after-sales services such as repair and customization.
"Centralized conveyor systems" increasing with the demand for automation
In recent years, in Thailand, we have not only sold chip conveyors that are installed on each individual machine tool, but also an increasing number of large-scale equipment such as centralized conveyor systems. One of the objectives of this factory relocation is to be able to respond as flexibly as possible to inquiries about such large-scale system projects.
As machine tools become more multifunctional and complex, the demand for automation of scrap and chip discharge is also increasing steadily. As the number of achievements has increased, the technical level of local engineers in Thailand has grown, and the Thai factory is now becoming the core of the Hakusan Kiko Group's manufacturing base. With the increased production capacity in the Thai factory, we are also planning to transfer some of the manufacturing operations to Thailand that were previously conducted at our Japanese headquarters.
