HANSHIN NEJI (THAILAND) is a specialized trading company of high-quality screws in Thailand. Please let us introduce our business profile, reason for starting service in Thailand, and our strengths.

We wish to support customers in Thailand by having Japanese quality screws available.

Our parent company, “HANSHIN NEJI CO., LTD.” was established in 1947 in Osaka as a specialized trading company dealing with a wide range of screws. Since then, for over 70 years, it has been contributing to customers’ manufacturing businesses.

Our establishing a company in Thailand was all started by communication with a big user whom we have had a business relationship with for almost 40 years. It was a phone call from Thailand in 2015, placing an order and commenting, “It is a problem that Thai-made screws break so often.” At the time, we had been exporting overseas, and orders from Thailand were increasing.

We made a trip to Thailand to see the actual situation and visited clients to have a better understanding of the issue at hand. We found out that the cause of breakage of screws was a “lack of removal treatment of hydrogen embrittlement (※)”.
(※For a high-strength bolt, hydrogen removal treatment after plating is necessary. Although it is commonly done in Japan, the process is often skipped in Thailand.)


Our important clients are facing difficulty in Thailand.

We felt strongly about us being in Thailand to provide high-quality screws with speedy service.
We came to Thailand in April 2015, established the company in July, and started business in September.

Just in time! The strength of HANSHIN NEJI (THAILAND) is in ample stock for a quick delivery.　

We are offering a quick delivery service called “Screws Rew 250.”
We import screws from Japan by air freight twice a week, on Wednesday and Friday. It is one price of Baht 250 per kg including transportation within Thailand. It is an innovative service that, if ordered before noon, can be delivered by the next day.

The ample stock is also our strength.
At the beginning of 2019, we expanded a new warehouse in order to meet customers’ needs.
We have around 3,500 items in stock at all times.

Although most of the products we deal with are made in Japan, depending on your budget, we can also supply screws made in China or Taiwan. We only deal with reliable manufacturers by visiting actual production sites and talking to producers.
Import products from China and Taiwan are all inspected 100% by us before a delivery.

In addition to screws, we can handle tools, constructional materials, and hazardous goods as well.

Aside from screws, we handle a wide variety of goods, such as tools, constructional parts, and materials.
Lately we have been inquired with concerning transporting hazardous goods from Japan to Thailand, which we are now dealing with.
Hazardous goods include flammable oil and spray, and two-component adhesives. We believe there are many companies who have a problem bringing them to Thailand.
At HANSHIN NEJI in Japan, we have an employee who is qualified as a Hazardous Materials Engineer, who checks transportation methods in accordance with MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet). Then the goods are handed directly to a transporter for sending to Thailand.

As well as supplying screws, we handle a wide variety of goods and services to support customers’ manufacturing businesses in Thailand.

Request for Notification, Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use of Personal Information

In the case the Company receives request from the individual user regarding the disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or erasure of personal information, stoppage of use by a third party or notification of use, after confirmation that the requester is the individual user, the Company will respond without delay in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.

Note that in the case that the request does not meet the requirements stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Act, or the reason to reject such request is permitted by the Personal Data Protection Act or other laws and regulations, the request may not be fulfilled.

In addition, there is no payment required or fees associated with the request for disclosure by the individual user. However, the cost of communication from the individual user to the Company, transportation expenses, and expenses associated with the preparation of materials for the purposes of individual identification will be the responsibility of the individual user.
