UCC Coffee Roastery, a coffee shop from Japan that comes with the idea of Specialty Coffee under the concept of "Fully explore the world of coffee," opened its business on June 25th at Gateway Ekkamai. The highlight of this shop is the import of various kinds of coffee beans from all over the world to Thailand. And they roast coffee beans to provide customers with fresh coffee every day, which is exclusive only here.

We place great emphasis on quality and keeping ingredients always new and fresh in order to get good tasting food and drinks served to customers every day. Therefore, we were looking for products that come from a company that cares about quality and service, so we chose HOSHIZAKI since this branch started.

Our shop does not have only coffee but also desserts and other menu items that we put our hearts into, so the products that we have chosen to preserve the quality of the ingredients from HOSHIZAKI are varied in order to meet the service guidelines of UCC Coffee Roastery as much as possible. For example, we use a Hoshizaki Undercounter Chiller and Freezer 1-3 Door and Hoshizaki Upright Freezer 4 Door to help maintain the temperature of the ingredients and coffee beans. We also use Dishwashers and Cube Ice machines that help to shorten the working time of the employees as well.

Request for Notification, Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use of Personal Information

In the case the Company receives request from the individual user regarding the disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or erasure of personal information, stoppage of use by a third party or notification of use, after confirmation that the requester is the individual user, the Company will respond without delay in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.

Note that in the case that the request does not meet the requirements stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Act, or the reason to reject such request is permitted by the Personal Data Protection Act or other laws and regulations, the request may not be fulfilled.

In addition, there is no payment required or fees associated with the request for disclosure by the individual user. However, the cost of communication from the individual user to the Company, transportation expenses, and expenses associated with the preparation of materials for the purposes of individual identification will be the responsibility of the individual user.
