In this article, we would like to introduce the [A-FIT] series, one of our most popular commercial refrigerators with renewed functions.

Improved functionality at a low price! Features of the [A-FIT] series

The [A-FIT] series, commonly known as "Asia Fit," is a series of models with improved functions designed mainly for the Asian market (China, East Asia, and Southeast Asia). While complying with Hoshizaki's standards for basic cooling functions and hygiene/safety, the price is kept low by limiting the functions compared to the models sold in Japan.

Features of the [A-FIT] series, freezers and refrigerators for commercial-use

・ Equipped with LED lights in the interior as a standard to improve usability

・ No plumbing work is required due to drain heater tray has been added to use in evaporating water from the machine therefore can be installed anywhere
・ Refrigerator settable temperature: -7 ℃ ～ 12 ℃ (+ 2 ℃ ～ + 6 ℃ for Thai local competitor products)
　* Compatible with chilled temperature zones
・ Freezer settable temperature: -23 ℃ ～ -7 ℃ (-15 ℃ ～ -18 ℃ / -18 ℃ ～ -15 ℃ for Thai local competitor product)
　* Temperature control is possible with Japanese quality

Another advantage of this product is that it has a wider temperature range that can be set from negative to positive temperature range compared to local products. In particular, we have the impression that the chilled zone, with a setting of -18℃ or lower, is often useful in Japanese restaurants that handle fresh meat and fish. One drawback of the negative temperature range is that it tends to cause frosting inside the cabinet, but our refrigerators are designed to minimize frosting as much as possible.

In general, the temperature inside a refrigerator tends to fluctuate due to the opening and closing of the door during use and the temporary rise in temperature for defrosting, etc. Another advantage of our refrigerators that other companies’ products do not have is that we can keep the set temperature inside the refrigerator as uniform as possible. With Thai local products, temperature changes of about 3 to 4 ℃ are not uncommon, and these changes may cause food dripping*.
