It can make cube ice and crescent ice suitable for liqueur and drink. The ice will be clear and beautiful by removing impurities to the utmost. The ice-maker can make flake ice and nugget ice as well which are nessesary for preserving fresh food and produce large amount of ice in a short time in an efficient way of making ice.

Cube ice-maker

Cube ice has a characteristic of melting slowly and is suitable for drinks such as whisky and water, whisky on the rocks and juice. Hoshizaki's "Cell system" can make clear cube ice which removed impurities nearly 100%. Cell system: The way of making ice, injecting water from the bottom in ice-making room cooled -25 degree.

Crecent ice-maker

Crecent ice is a popular shape in western countries. It has a beautiful shape glowing in the glass of whisky and water and whysky on the rocks. As well as cube shape, the ice of cell system which has high transparency will make the crecent shape more beautiful.

Nugget / flake ice-maker

It will be used in various scene for not only drink, but also ice bed for showing food. As formless small granular ice gets into small gaps, it can make the food cool quickly. Hoshizaki can make a large amount of ice in a short time as we can make ice continuously without waste with "Auger system" which has no process of removing ice. Auger system: Hoshizaki's own system of making ice which has no process of removing ice by making ice on the wall surface and scraping the ice off.
