IGUCHI KIKO Air Ball Lifter
Significantly reduces the time and effort of the installation for lightweight ball bearings that are frequently used in transport lines!
The ISB Air Ball Lifter is a product that combines a high precision machined ball transfer and an air cylinder.
It is possible to lift the transported object from the table top surface with air pressure, and move and rotate it in a horizontal direction of 360°.
It is a space-saving, economical, and very easy-to-use labor-saving equipment.
Mainly used for moving molds.
■Optimal ball transfer is combined for lift capacity
■Starting resistance value is 2/100 or less (transport bottom surface = SS400 equivalent)
■Even if it weighs 200 kg, it can be moved and rotated with a force of 4 kg
■Each ball transfer (cylinder block) can be connected
■Length can be selected in 50mm pitch
■Ball lifters can be connected with the optional connection block
■It can easily cope with long specifications of 1m or more
(If there is no limit to the time required for air supply and exhaust, any number of them can be connected.)
Pressure resistance: 0.9MPa (9.18kgf/cm2) Operating pressure range: 0.05 to 0.6 MPa (0.51 to 6.12 kgf/cm2) Operating temperature range: -5 to 80℃ (no drain freezing) Fluid used: Air and inert gas (no refueling)
