Easy automatic detection and discharge of sludge accumulated in the drain cup with the [D switch] that can be installed anywhere in the wastewater treatment system!

Industria's sediment detection switch [D switch] is a sensor that detects sludge accumulated in the drain cup by installing it anywhere in the wastewater treatment system. The D switch can be retrofitted to drain cups of various diameters. Furthermore, by installing automatic valves on the top and bottom of the drain cup or combining it with an automatic drain discharge kit, a full automation of sludge discharge in wastewater treatment systems can be realized easily.

Three things that can be achieved by installing the D-switch
(1) Visualization : Send signals to the machine and notifies of sludge accumulation by buzzer or alarm.
(2) Unmanned : No manpower is required for the cycle of filtration – liquid removal and discharge of sludge.
(3) Automation : Fully automated by freely controlling the amount and discharge of sludge and drainage

Automation of sludge discharge by combining D switch and KIT

The simplest way to use the D switch is to visualize it by installing a [BOX with monitoring lamp].

When the sludge accumulates in the drain cup and exceeds the sensor part of the D switch, the monitoring lamp will light up. At this timing, a signal can be automatically sent to the machine. By using the [Automatic Discharge KIT], which includes a dedicated drain cup, automatic valve, and discharge device as a set, the signal from the BOX with the monitoring lamp will automatically open and close the valve and discharge the sludge that has accumulated up to the specified amount to the outside of the machine.

Install the dedicated drain cup and D switch at the bottom of the FILSTAR. Furthermore, by combining [W drain KIT] and [automatic discharge KIT], sludge can be discharged completely automatically.

The D switch can be used for sludge collection and discharge without using our element-less filter [FILSTAR]. There is also a product called isBOX , which is a sludge liquid removal / discharge device with built-in FILSTAR that automatically removes liquid, dries, and compresses when sludge is discharged. isBOX can automatically compress sludge to the size of the palm of your hand, saving space and cost when loading industrial waste into trucks. Thailand is said to have low labor costs, but this will be useful for cost saving with an eye on the future, as well as for measures to minimize environmental problems including reduction of CO² emissions.

Request for Notification, Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use of Personal Information

In the case the Company receives request from the individual user regarding the disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or erasure of personal information, stoppage of use by a third party or notification of use, after confirmation that the requester is the individual user, the Company will respond without delay in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.

Note that in the case that the request does not meet the requirements stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Act, or the reason to reject such request is permitted by the Personal Data Protection Act or other laws and regulations, the request may not be fulfilled.

In addition, there is no payment required or fees associated with the request for disclosure by the individual user. However, the cost of communication from the individual user to the Company, transportation expenses, and expenses associated with the preparation of materials for the purposes of individual identification will be the responsibility of the individual user.

Revision of Privacy Policy: The Company will review the operational status of the handling of personal information and make efforts for continuous improvement, and may change the Policy as necessary. After such changes to the Policy, the Policy will be published on the Company’s website.
