The ultra-fast chuck change VC System is a chuck replacement system designed to significantly reduce setup time and maximize the operational efficiency of NC lathes.
With conventional chuck replacement, runout adjustment (centering) was required after installation. By using the VC System, centering adjustment is no longer necessary. Even operators with limited experience can easily replace the chuck using only a hex wrench. Because a single lathe can quickly switch between different chucks, the system also contributes to process integration and space-saving. It is particularly effective in high-mix, low-volume production environments, helping manufacturers reduce setup time and address labor shortages. Even without highly skilled technicians, the system enables stable and highly repeatable machining accuracy.

The system features a two-layer structure consisting of a base unit and a chuck unit.
By simply attaching or removing the chuck unit with a hex wrench, the chuck can be replaced quickly and easily.
