The VC System is a chuck change system designed to complete setup changes in a short time and maximize the operating rate of NC lathes. Since centering adjustment is not required after replacement, even non-skilled operators can easily replace the chuck using only a hex wrench. A single lathe can quickly switch between various types of chucks, enabling process consolidation and space saving in the production line.

✔︎ Easy, fast, and highly accurate setup change
The system has a two-layer structure consisting of a base unit and a chuck unit. Chuck replacement can be performed simply by attaching or removing the chuck unit using a hex wrench.
✔︎ No centering adjustment required
The mounting surface between the base unit and the chuck unit features a high-precision dual-surface constraint design. This allows accurate centering simply by tightening the bolts, even without skilled operators.
✔︎ Supports machining of various workpieces with a single lathe
Different types of chucks can be exchanged easily, allowing multiple processes to be consolidated on a single machine. Compatible chuck types include: 3-jaw chucks, 2-jaw chucks, Pull-back chucks, Face clamp chucks, Collet chucks. These can be freely interchanged depending on the application.
