Launched in conjunction with our 100th anniversary, the GSR-600 was unveiled at JIMTOF 2024 as a next-generation rotary grinder, drawing global attention.
This model adopts Kuroda’s original hydrostatic rotary table structure, dramatically improving flatness from the previous 5 μm to 1.5 μm.
It also achieves 0.1 μm feed accuracy, making it suitable for machining ceramics, hard-to-cut materials, and semiconductor front-end processes.
