　We have 7 offices and 11 warehouses in Thailand, and the total number of employees is about 1,400. The“Project Department” of our Company, KWE-Kintetsu World Express (Thailand) Co., Ltd., has a manufacturing process of packaging materials in-house and is responding to all the transport needs of our customers.
We have about 77,000 square meters of warehouse and work facility in Pathum Thani Province, north of Bangkok, and from here, we handle services for not only the whole of Thailand but also neighboring countries such as Laos.

The strength of our Company is the wide variety of means of transport using our abundant packaging specifications, special vehicles, etc.
For packaging (packing), we manufacture pallets with high strength, and wooden boxes and frames in-house, and therefore, we can make them according to the size and specification that customers request. The woods used as the material are fumigated and have acquired the IPPC mark that cleared the International Plant Protection Convention (IPPC). Since the use of packaging materials is allowed in most countries, including major countries such as the US, Canada, China, and the EU, due to the IPPC mark, it is possible to avoid transport troubles due to packaging materials. In addition, it is possible to use a wide range of packaging, such as packaging using reinforced corrugated fiberboard and the protective packaging, which suppresses the generation of rust and mold by covering the whole with aluminum sheet and degassing.
For handling and delivery after packaging, we will propose the best method according to the customer's request.
We have about 150 transport vehicles, such as 6-wheel trucks, 4-wheel trucks, trailers, etc. including those of the spring-up type and the side door type in-house; and we also have container chassis, 40 feet containers, etc. In addition to them, we can rent cranes and large forklifts from external cooperation companies to deal with high-altitude and large-sized cargo according to the necessity.

The Company will take precautionary measures against the loss, destruction, tampering, and leakage of personal information through appropriate system maintenance of the operating system and education of employees.

Request for Notification, Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use of Personal Information

In the case the Company receives request from the individual user regarding the disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or erasure of personal information, stoppage of use by a third party or notification of use, after confirmation that the requester is the individual user, the Company will respond without delay in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.

Note that in the case that the request does not meet the requirements stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Act, or the reason to reject such request is permitted by the Personal Data Protection Act or other laws and regulations, the request may not be fulfilled.

In addition, there is no payment required or fees associated with the request for disclosure by the individual user. However, the cost of communication from the individual user to the Company, transportation expenses, and expenses associated with the preparation of materials for the purposes of individual identification will be the responsibility of the individual user.

Revision of Privacy Policy: The Company will review the operational status of the handling of personal information and make efforts for continuous improvement, and may change the Policy as necessary. After such changes to the Policy, the Policy will be published on the Company’s website.
