Kyowa NT (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (refers to as “Kyowa NT” below) specializes in high precision machining and finishing. The precision machining parts used in automobiles, air conditioners, home appliances, printers, etc. produced by Kyowa NT are considered to be in the highest quality in ASEAN. We interviewed Mr. Masaaki Morozumi, President, and Ms. Emiko Kaneko, Coordination Manager from Kyowa NT about the company’s strengths and business development in the future.

What is "Kyowa NT's strength" that Mr. Morozumi shared with us?

Kyowa NT was established in Thailand as a joint venture that brought together the human resources and technologies of the two companies which are Kyowa Kogyo Co., ltd., a long-established manufacturer of automotive and electronic parts, and National Tool Co., Ltd., a company with a good reputation for producing high precision parts using special tools made in-house.

Kyowa NT’s business development in the future

The economic downturn caused by COVID-19 has spread to the Thai automotive industry, and Kyowa NT, which manufactures automotive parts, has been greatly affected.

However, the business performance, which dropped sharply from April to June 2020, has recovered 100% in November 2020 and the factory is back to full operation.
