Local Staff Trained in Japanese-Quality Machining and On-Site Japanese Engineers

The foundation of our consistent quality and strong on-site capabilities lies in human resource development and continuous training. Since our establishment, Kyowa NT has sent approximately 10 Thai staff members to Japan each year for hands-on technical training. Many of our team members now have over 12 to 13 years of experience, and the knowledge and skills they acquired in Japan are actively passed down and further developed within the organization—driving ongoing technical advancement.

Today, we have a team of approximately 150 skilled machining professionals, establishing a quality foundation in Thailand that rivals Japanese manufacturing standards. Three experienced Japanese engineers are stationed full-time at our facility, ensuring seamless communication and providing clients with confidence when making inquiries or requesting technical support.

Over 100 Machines in Operation – Supporting Everything from Small-Lot, Multi-Variety Production to Mass Production

The factory equipment is also a key pillar that underpins the company’s exceptional responsiveness. With more than 100 machine tools operating in our factory, we have deliberately introduced a diverse range of equipment from different manufacturers. This allows us to flexibly assign the optimal machines based on the workpiece, required precision, and production volume.

Building on this robust production system, Kyowa NT has traditionally focused on automotive components. In recent years, however, we have built a growing track record in manufacturing parts for precision devices such as cameras and printers. We are also receiving an increasing number of orders from foreign-owned companies operating in Thailand, as well as from Japanese companies that manage the entire process—from sales to production—within the country.
