Established over nine years ago and based in Ayutthaya, Thailand, Kyowa NT (Thailand) boasts a machining track record of more than 300 types of parts for over 30 companies. Kyowa NT’s machining versatility is founded on three core pillars: CNC turning, NC turning, and machining center operations. Our CNC lathes are primarily used for automated, continuous machining from bar stock, while NC lathes specialize high-precision, one-by-one processing using chucked workpieces. In addition, we excel in three-dimensional and complex-shape machining using advanced machining centers. This integrated approach enables us to flexibly handle everything from small, high-precision components to large structural parts—supporting a wide range of production needs, from high-mix, low-volume runs to full-scale mass production.

The company also handles a remarkably wide range of materials—from general-purpose metals to difficult-to-machine alloys. Specifically, we have expertise in machining aluminum (e.g., AL5052, AL6061), stainless steel (e.g., SUS304, SUS316), brass, carbon steel, as well as challenging materials such as Hastelloy and Inconel. With equipment capable of supporting diameters from 6 mm to 20 mm, we deliver precision machining that achieves micron-level tolerances across all material types.
