For companies engaged in high-precision machining, a robust quality control system is just as essential as advanced manufacturing technology. A Comprehensive Quality Control System Featuring In-Process and Final Inspections, Including 100% Inspection


We have a dedicated QC/QA department consisting of approximately 30 specialized staff members responsible for maintaining strict quality standards. Every product undergoes a two-stage inspection process—in-process inspection and final inspection—to ensure compliance with exacting specifications. A standout feature of our system is the implementation of 100% inspection, conducted by a team of 20 specialists. By measuring and checking every single part, we proactively prevent issues such as minor dimensional deviations, shape irregularities, and foreign matter contamination—ensuring consistently high and stable quality.

• In-Process Inspection: Approx. 15 staff
• Final Inspection: Approx. 15 staff
 → Includes 20 personnel dedicated to 100% inspection, totaling approximately 30 full-time QC/QA staff



Inspections are conducted based on the drawings and usage conditions specific to each product. For products that require dimensional tolerances in the micron range, the number of measurement points increases accordingly. Regardless of the number or complexity of these measurements, we maintain strict precision control without compromise.


The Quality of Precision-Machined Parts Is Continuously Monitored Using High-Precision Japanese Measuring Instruments

Our inspection equipment meets the same high standards as those used in Japan and includes the following devices:

■ Measuring and Inspection Equipment
• Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM): Enables 3D measurement of dimensional accuracy
• Profile Projector: Used for evaluating fine shapes and end faces
• Surface Roughness Tester: Assesses the roughness of machined surfaces
• Residue Inspection Device: Detects remaining foreign matter (e.g., for transmission components)



In particular, the “residue inspection device”—rarely adopted by other companies—plays a vital role in the automotive parts sector, where even the slightest foreign matter can cause serious failures. This specialized equipment serves as a powerful symbol of the company’s unwavering commitment to quality control.


Developing Skilled Personnel to Achieve and Sustain Japanese-Level Quality

We place great importance on cultivating talent in the field of quality control. Three Japanese engineers are stationed full-time at our facility, providing continuous technical guidance and hands-on training to local staff. Additionally, our annual technical training program in Japan—attended by approximately 10 employees each year—enhances their skills and instills a strong commitment to quality. Through this ongoing investment in human resource development, the expertise built over many years has firmly taken root in our local operations, enabling us to reliably deliver “Japanese Quality in Thailand.”

We also provide inspection reports upon request, meeting the needs of clients who prioritize documented quality assurance. This capability has earned us strong trust from both Japanese and foreign-owned companies, leading to long-term business relationships.
