Mayekawa (Thailand), a Japanese company, was established in Thailand in 1988. We are manufacturers of refrigeration equipment and providing engineering services for refrigeration systems that contribute to a variety of operations such as in the food and beverage, food preservation and cold storage industry.

Mayekawa (Thailand) and the beginning of providing various aspects of services in Thailand

In the 1990s, the food and cold storage business grew in Thailand, Mayekawa (Thailand) began to enter this field of the business by using compressors under the brand name MYCOM and import refrigeration equipment from Japan to support the needs of customers of Thai and Japanese food processing companies, as well as businesses in the chemical sector in Thailand.

Later in 2010, the food industry in Thailand was gradually changed to use machines and automation system instead of man power. Therefore, we have introduced automatic deboning machines and conveyor systems for customers in this business segment. Moreover, Mayekawa (Thailand) has expanded its business to customers in the ASEAN region and also supports engineering works of refrigeration systems for other Mayekawa companies in the same region.

She mentioned the overview of the services provided by the company that “Aside from the Compressor as our main business, there are also Food Machinery which are supported by many customers, both Thai and international companies, especially the Deboning Machine used for food processing in the poultry and pork industry.

More than 120 units of chicken deboning machines, TORIDAS have been installed in Thailand. Furthermore we have another model, LEGDAS which has larger capacity than TORIDAS, chicken wings breast tenderloin cutting machine YIELDAS, and WINGDAS for tulip or top wing cutting machine.

In addition to the above, we have also GIZZARD OPENER. There is a demand for this in the chicken processing industry. And if we are talking about the swine processing industry, we also have machines that supports working in this section, which is the swine leg cutting machines such as HAMDAS & WANDAS.”

Regarding after sales market, Khun Tipparat added, “In Thailand, we have three service offices which are base in Bangna District, Rayong Province and Trang Province. In each area, we have a team of engineers who have expertise in troubleshooting and can help customers immediately. In addition, Mayekawa (Thailand) also has spare parts stocked in our warehouse prepared to supply immediately in the customers’ emergency cases.”

Request for Notification, Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use of Personal Information

In the case the Company receives request from the individual user regarding the disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or erasure of personal information, stoppage of use by a third party or notification of use, after confirmation that the requester is the individual user, the Company will respond without delay in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.

Note that in the case that the request does not meet the requirements stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Act, or the reason to reject such request is permitted by the Personal Data Protection Act or other laws and regulations, the request may not be fulfilled.

In addition, there is no payment required or fees associated with the request for disclosure by the individual user. However, the cost of communication from the individual user to the Company, transportation expenses, and expenses associated with the preparation of materials for the purposes of individual identification will be the responsibility of the individual user.

Revision of Privacy Policy: The Company will review the operational status of the handling of personal information and make efforts for continuous improvement, and may change the Policy as necessary. After such changes to the Policy, the Policy will be published on the Company’s website.
