MC TECHNOS (THAILAND) CO., LTD. is a Thai affiliate of “Mitsubishi Corporation Technos”, which is a professional trading company of machine tools, 100% invested by Mitsubishi Corporation.It was established in 2005.
Our strength is to make proposals from our clients’ point of view, utilizing strong connections with leading machinery manufacturers in Japan, including Mitsubishi Electric and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries. We act as “an intermediary” between machine tool manufacturers and manufacturing sites. Please let us introduce our approach and functions.

Our function is to provide solution services in order to deliver the best machine tool technology and production system to end users at “manufacturing sites”. More than anything else, what is necessary is “consideration.” Our mission is to examine what leads to the KAIZEN (improvement) and to make proposals at the best possible timing. In general, “a machine tool trading company” may sound like a company with a salesman carrying catalogues around and knocking on factory doors to ask for their daily needs. In the past, it was partially true. However, in a time when the market is being developed in a complicated manner due to globalization, such a stance cannot meet customer’s expectations. Because of global and complex markets, we believe that there are places where trading companies like us can play an active role.

Leading the way to problem solving and clearing the anxiety of manufacturing sites with abundant installation experience and a strong network of suppliers.

In order to execute the best one-stop solution service, we have to have a wealth of know-how and a strong network in many fields. We have extremely abundant experience for installation and business trading in many fields, including automobile, electric products, electronic parts, metal molds, and sheet metal industries. Learnings and knowledges from these experiences will be applied in solving various problems. At the same time, we have been actively working on establishing a strong network with non-Japanese, Thai local suppliers. In order to reduce costs for clients, it is essential to deal with Thai companies that have lower costs. However, it may not be easy to find such a partner quickly. In such cases, utilizing our network will realize a cost reduction. However, it is also true that there are some customers who are concerned about the quality of technology and accuracy of local companies. Therefore, we try to eliminate such concerns by presenting local suppliers’ detailed information, including past records and results.

The Company will maintain the accuracy of personal information and manage it safely.
The Company will take appropriate security measures to prevent the loss, destruction, tampering or leakage of personal information.
The Company will take precautionary measures against the loss, destruction, tampering, and leakage of personal information through appropriate system maintenance of the operating system and education of employees.

Request for Notification, Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use of Personal Information

In the case the Company receives request from the individual user regarding the disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or erasure of personal information, stoppage of use by a third party or notification of use, after confirmation that the requester is the individual user, the Company will respond without delay in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.

Note that in the case that the request does not meet the requirements stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Act, or the reason to reject such request is permitted by the Personal Data Protection Act or other laws and regulations, the request may not be fulfilled.

In addition, there is no payment required or fees associated with the request for disclosure by the individual user. However, the cost of communication from the individual user to the Company, transportation expenses, and expenses associated with the preparation of materials for the purposes of individual identification will be the responsibility of the individual user.

Revision of Privacy Policy: The Company will review the operational status of the handling of personal information and make efforts for continuous improvement, and may change the Policy as necessary. After such changes to the Policy, the Policy will be published on the Company’s website.
