■ Increased productivity by newly developed ram-driving system
Unlike conventional servohydraulic systems, the AC servo motor & ball screw drive controls the high-speed vertical operation, and the adoption of a "dual-drive system" that is controlled by the hydraulic cylinder pressure operation has improved productivity.

■ Excellent energy saving
Energy saving is realized by equipped with the adoption of an assist device use that accumulates ram descending energy and releases the energy when the ram ascending.

■ Ideal curve crowning system to control sagging in the middle
FEM analysis was performed for the sagging at the middle of the press brake, and obtained the ideal correction curve and realized this system.
Utilizing a single-axis curving wedge, fine adjustments are available. Operations can be adjusted for each process all by the NC (numerical control) system.
