Leveraging our extensive experience with material handling equipment from a wide range of domestic and international manufacturers, APT is uniquely positioned to propose optimal, small-start solutions tailored to on-site challenges. From new equipment installations and system upgrades to operational improvements and cost reductions, we provide comprehensive support to meet diverse logistics needs.
■ Pallet-Type Automated Warehouse
This system automatically stores and retrieves goods by pallet units. It supports a wide variety of products and applications while efficiently utilizing vertical space, such as open ceilings and high-bay areas. All storage and retrieval operations are fully computer-controlled, eliminating the need for manual item searches and significantly improving overall efficiency.
■ Case-Type Automated Warehouse
A high-density, multi-level automated warehouse system designed to handle irregularly shaped items, a wide variety of product types, and small-lot storage. Also known as a bucket-type warehouse, it can store goods in containers, cardboard boxes, trays, and even round items such as paper rolls or tires. All storage, retrieval, and inventory operations are centrally managed, enhancing both operational efficiency and work quality.
■ SLIM AGV (Fork-Type Automated Guided Vehicle)
SLIM AGVs take over simple, repetitive transport tasks typically handled by forklifts—such as transferring items between processes—thereby reducing labor requirements and enhancing operational efficiency.
■ AGV “GTP M60C”
An AGV capable of 360-degree omnidirectional movement, enabling multiple units to operate simultaneously.
It enhances work efficiency and supports labor reduction through streamlined operations.
HIVE is a next-generation automated warehouse system in which autonomous shuttle robots transport goods freely in all directions—vertically, horizontally, and laterally—within high-density racking structures. Unlike conventional shuttles that move only forward and backward or side to side, HIVE robots can also travel vertically, enabling seamless 3D movement. If one shuttle malfunctions, another unit can take over its tasks, ensuring uninterrupted operation. The number of shuttles can be flexibly scaled according to logistics volume, enabling cost-effective deployment tailored to your specific warehouse needs.
■ Shutter Assort System (SAS)
SAS is a shutter-based sorting system with compartments equipped with lids that open and close automatically. By minimizing human errors common in conventional sorting methods—such as those using handheld terminals or digital assort systems—SAS dramatically reduces sorting mistakes, bringing error rates close to zero. It provides robust support for your sorting operations.
■ Pallet Shuttle
A high-density, high-efficiency automated warehouse system in which autonomous shuttles transport pallets horizontally within the racks. Compared to traditional racking systems, it offers approximately twice the storage efficiency while ensuring safe pallet handling. In the event of a failure, only the affected shuttle requires maintenance, allowing overall operations to continue without interruption.
