Since its founding in Thailand in 2007, Moretech (Thailand) has been manufacturing, selling, and providing after-sales services for custom-ordered chip conveyors, crushers, and other coolant solutions. With the expansion of the factory in June 2022, the production capacity has been further increased, allowing the company to expand its product lineup and provide more prompt after-sales service.

The new Factory No. 2 mainly houses the assembly area, design office, and storage area for various demonstration machines. The site area is 912 square meters for the Factory No. 1 and 800 square meters for the newly built Factory No. 2.

Moretech's greatest strength is its attentive engineering service (after-sales service). Our motto is to achieve the same level of quality in Thailand as in Japan and to respond promptly to customer requests. We have four local engineers, including designers, and are ready to respond on the same day to any problems that may occur.

We often receive comments that our chip conveyors, which are our signature product, are more rigid than those made by other companies. Because we conduct integrated production from design to manufacturing in Thailand, we are able to flexibly respond to requests for detailed customization. In addition, we work closely with machine tool manufacturers on a daily basis, and our know-how based on our many delivery records in Thailand enables us to propose the optimum equipment to match the machine and environmental conditions.

Fifteen years have passed since the establishment of our Thai subsidiary, and the 20th anniversary is just around the corner. We would like to thank all of our customers and suppliers who continue to support us.

In Thailand, the demand for automation at manufacturing sites has been increasing steadily in recent years, due to issues such as rising labor costs. Chip conveyors are easy to implement as a tool for factory automation and manpower saving, and if they are used, customers will definitely feel the benefits of the product. Once a chip conveyor is introduced into a factory, it is almost always repeatedly adopted when additional processing machinery is added.
