Chip compressor "MAS-100"
Chips are compressed and solidified to reduce volume, contributing to production efficiency and beautification of factories!
Chips, which require significant post-processing, can be reduced to as little as 1/50 in volume and solidified to promote efficient production, factory optimization, and effective use of resources. Combined with a crusher, the processing capacity can be expanded 2 to 4 times. It is compatible with a wide range of metals such as iron, copper, aluminum, stainless steel, and gunmetal.

■ Chips are solidified under pressure of 100 tons, so even hard-to-solidify steel grades can be compacted
■ Volume reduction rate of 1/5 to 1/50
■ Cutting oil recovery rate is over 95%, enabling efficient reuse of coolant
■ Compaction time can be reduced by 3 to 4 times by combining with a crusher
■ Power-saving design with automatic shutdown upon completion of compression work

■ As an option, a safety control function can be implemented that prevents the main unit cover from opening and closing during operation
