【Indonesia・Exhibition】 NANO SEIMITSU(PT RHEIMA AUTOPRESISI INDONESIA)announces the first CCD camera high-speed sorting machine・standard machine “7-camera version”! “Indo FASTENER 2019”

"Indo FASTENER 2019", an exhibition for advanced industries in Indonesia, was held for four days from October 9th to 12th at the JIEXPO in Jakarta, Indonesia.

The new company, PT REAIMA AUTOPRESISI INDONESIA (hereinafter referred to as “AUTOPRESISI”), which was established by a representative of NANO SEIMITSU CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as “NANO SEIMITSU”), the Managing Director Mr. Nobuhiro Oishi (hereinafter referred to as “President Oishi”) presented at this exhibition the CCD camera high-speed automatic sorting machine (7-camera standard machine) of RENLE UAZNC for the first time.

This exhibition was held by borrowing part of the booth of YUYAO NAIDE AUTOMATION TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD (hereinafter referred to as “NAIDE”).

Announcing the first seven-camera version of the first standard model of CCD camera high-speed sorter!

The CCD camera high-speed automatic sorting machines that have been sold so far are lined up as a standard machine with up to 4 cameras, and light is irradiated from the backside of the product at the top, bottom and side of each product, respectively, and the size of the shadow portion is measured. The other machine was to use a mirror lens, that may see from the oblique or check the scratches on the screw part from all directions in 360 degrees, by attaching it as an option. This means that appearance inspection cannot be completed by these 4 camera sorting machines, and it has been used as measures for dimension, deformation, and mixed foreign goods.

“On the other hand, with this 7-camera high-speed automatic sorting machine, in addition to the conventional measurement of the top, bottom, and side by 3 cameras, the appearance of the product is captured by enclosing the product directly from all directions in 360 degrees with 4 more cameras. This is an epoch-making sorting machine that is designed for appearance inspection.” (President Mr. Oishi)

Of course, there is not as much detection power as DECSYS (line scan camera), the appearance inspection camera system sold by NANO SEIMITSU, and although it has a level of detecting only a big noticeable scratch, it can be said that it is still a significant evolution.

“A sorting speed of 300PCS/M has been achieved. It does not make sense if the sorting speed drops since the number of cameras has increased.” (President Mr. Oishi) With the progress of sorting machines and the increase of price competitiveness, demand for automatic inspection and automatic sorting is expected to increase more and more in the future. President Oishi said that “Customers’ hope that they have a reliable advisor at the local site, and we aim to be a company that can respond to such requests.”

Furthermore, we would like to introduce NAIDE, the principal member of this booth.

The demand for automatic machines that cannot be covered by standard machines is actually very large. There is a limit for confirmation by the standard machine, such as the size, shape, weight, and etcetera. Although it is possible to find sensors, lasers, cameras, and etc. that can detect problems in various products, and it is possible to get good results with tests, most of the problems occur in the "automatic machine part". If it is impossible to work well here, it will not be an automatic sorting machine that can actually be used. There is also a large demand for an automatic assembly machine.

As a Chinese company, NAIDE has a high level of knowledge in this field, and its deliveries to Japanese companies are increasing. The manufacturing company of NANO SEIMITSU, FORTUNE CROSS, purchased an automatic machine that can automatically measure 6 places, including the geometric tolerance of 10um or less, and utilizes it in-house. “Even if you buy a good sensor or camera, it does not make sense if the automatic machine does not work well. Also, if the automatic machine part becomes many times the price of various sensors, this also does not make sense.” (President Oishi)

The strength of NANO SEIMITSU and AUTOPRESISI is that President Oishi can directly visit the factories of Chinese manufacturers which have emerged in recent years and propose collaborations with carefully selected automatic machine manufacturers. NAIDE's automatic machines will be actively proposed not only in Indonesia but also in Thailand.
