[Thailand / Automatic Sorting] A powerful partner of Nano Seimitsu! NAIDE, a specialized manufacturer of custom automatic machines and custom automatic assembly machines

At manufacturing sites around the world, including Thailand, the shift to automation and labor saving is rapidly progressing against the backdrop of a declining working population and soaring labor costs.

In addition to standard machines such as high-speed automatic sorting machines and semi-automatic appearance inspection machines used in the Thai manufacturing industry, Nano Seimitsu is also focusing on proposing customization of automatic machines that correspond to non-standard dimensions, shapes, weights, etc. It is very difficult to visualize the image of automation, and the designing capability of this portion is the key to automation.

Therefore, Nano Seimitsu has partnered with YUYAO NAIDE AUTOMATION TECHNOLOGY (hereinafter referred to as NAIDE) in China, which has knowledge and abundant experience in this field, to promote automation proposals in Thailand.

A wave of automation rushing to Thailand. Requests for Nano Seimitsu are also on the rise

FORTUNE CROSS, the parent company of Nano Seimitsu, has also begun to automate part of the inspection process. The purchase of a 6-point automatic measuring machine for shaft products from NAIDE is a part of the automation effort.

At Nano Seimitsu, the number of requests for automatic machines is increasing more and more recently. Here is one of the projects we are currently working on.

Automate part of the inspection process

Company T manufactures heat-pressed and processed aluminum products such as building materials and automobile parts in Thailand. The company needed to automate the manufacturing processes for aluminum products that were cut into blocks.

Name of company: Company T (Bangkok, Thailand)
Business: Manufacture and sale of extruded aluminum products and processed products
Processes to be automated:
① Deburring after cutting
② Automatic dimensional inspection
③ Hardness measurement
④ QR code printing with laser

In response, our partner NAIDE presented not only the quotation, but also presented the machine layout and detailed mechanisms and functions of all processes in a speedy and easy-to-understand manner in the form of a well-crafted concept book. This is a good way for customers to get an image easily and feel at ease.

Furthermore, NAIDE's strength is its overwhelming price competitiveness in addition to its design capabilities.

Just as a reference, it is about half the price of a typical Japanese affiliated manufacturer. Parts such as the camera, sensor, and the core parts of the drive section come from Japan, Europe, and the United States, and Naide procures the mechanical parts locally as much as possible to allow lower pricing.

We would like to understand further the needs of our customers in Thailand and increase the range of proposals for "automation of production lines in Thailand".

・ We are vaguely thinking about automation, but we haven't had a chance so far.
・ We want to promote automation, but the budget is the bottleneck.
・ We want to reduce costs through automation and labor saving.
・ We want to improve production efficiency.
・ We want to eliminate mistakes and defects caused by humans

and so on.

If you have any of the above requests, please feel free to contact us. We may be able to help.
