Nano Seimitsu participated at SUBCON THAILAND 2023 held from May 10 to 13, 2023. We exhibited our latest solutions such as high-speed image sorting machines for cutting parts / O-rings, various parts feeders, and LINE QC system, receiving many visitors. We would like to introduce three of the most notable solutions with video clips.

Solution.3: Custom Parts Feeder (Bowl Feeder)

The parts feeders handled by Nano Seimitsu are designed and manufactured on a custom-order basis according to the conditions such as the shape of the products handled by the customer and the direction and orientation in which they are to be fed. There are two main types of feeding methods: vibration type and rotary type.

■ Parts feeder (Bowl feeder)
・ Sending products using vibration
・ Since it has a two-stage structure and only the upper row (bowl) can be replaced, it is possible to customize only the bowl (dish).
