Have felt that improvement of whole sorting and inspection is important in Vietnam

Even though industrialization has been developed in Vietnam, the market is still labor-intensive. Defect inspection and quality conformance test are done by eyes and hands of many labors. This is the big difference of market compared to Thailand in which inspection process has been gradually automated.

Off course, human errors and oversight still remain there, and, every time it happens, part manufacturers endlessly have to check the whole products they delivered to customers by customers’ request. Mr. Kagawa expresses that the ‘Vicious Tradition’, and mentions “Many interested persons have closed their eyes to it until today”. He has thought the need for the countermeasure without fundamental solutions to be improved.

It’s a Compact and Advanced Labor-saving Automatic Inspection Sorting House

As soon as Mr. Ohishi described the system and possibility of the whole inspection, Mr. Kagawa visited the sorting house. He carefully checked the running machine, heard detail about it, and enthusiastically asked questions.

That is remarkable machine because labor can be minimum, and it is automated.” Whether it can be operationalized is unknown because they have to carefully pay attention to the demands in Vietnam. He says, however, that he reaped a harvest because he met something nobody hasn’t done yet and a service nobody hasn’t taken the first step.
