FTS (Eddy current tester)
Non-contact, non-destructive eddy current tester for metal products. Even invisible microscopic abnormalities that occur in materials and processed products can be reliably eliminated.
Metal material sorter ideal for hardness defect discrimination, dissimilar material discrimination, shape and size discrimination, etc. The electromagnetic induction method is used for easy operation and accurate measurement.

■Main Features
・Comparison method using master coil and test coil enables high sensitivity and high accuracy measurement
・All measurement results from start to finish are retained on the screen, allowing review of product control standards while checking data distribution
・The measurement frequency (Hz) can be switched according to the material to be measured
・Automatic and easy phase and balance adjustment
・LED lamp and buzzer make it easy to judge OK/Fail
