Nikkei Siam Aluminium (hereinafter referred to as NSA) proposes cold storage facilities and space creation for refrigerated and frozen warehouses using high performance thermal insulation panels. In the previous article, we introduced "KANTAN COOL UNIT" , a refrigerated and frozen storage product for stores that can be easily installed using high-quality panels.

Custom-made refrigerators and freezers of any size and shape "RACOOL"　　

The key point of the KANTAN COOL unit was that it was pre-selected in size and could be installed easily and quickly. On the other hand, we received requests from customers for such for larger sizes, and thus we made the "RACOOL" custom-made product available, which can be freely designed to meet their needs.

Shapes can be freely proposed according to the installation environment, such as an L-shape using a corner of the space, or a rectangle with a partial dented space. The height and shelves can also be freely arranged, such as different ceiling heights. There are basically no size restrictions, so it is recommended if you need a large refrigerated/frozen space, or if you are thinking of installing it in a fixed space or limited space.

NSA can provide not only thermal insulation panels but also refrigeration equipment portions (outdoor units and indoor units). In Thailand, there are many cases where orders are separately placed with equipment manufacturers and panel manufacturers, and it can be said that it is very rare to be able to provide both.

Providing from refrigerated/frozen space proposals to assembly and installation with high-performance thermal insulation panels

There are three major points that make NSA the right choice in Thailand.

1.Uses high-performance panels
Our thermal insulation panels use polyurethane foam with low thermal conductivity as the core material, which has high thermal insulation/airtightness, and can provide high refrigeration and freezing performance.

2.environmentally friendly panels
Cyclopentane, which does not emit HCFC, a cause of global warming, is used as the foaming agent for the panel core material. Further, we do everything from assembly and installation on site, using custom-made panels which were prefabricated one by one according to design to minimize waste materials. From the panel itself to the completion of installation, we use environmentally friendly production methods.

3.Comprehensive support from space creation proposal to assembly and installation
We make proposals from the design stage on how to make effective use of limited space in restaurants and retail stores to create refrigerated/frozen spaces. We propose refrigeration- freezing equipment and panels together, and provide total services from on-site assembly to installation. This makes handling any problems that may arise smoother and simpler than when using multiple companies.
