Trochoid Pump

This pump that transfers oil using an internal gear mechanism where an external and an internal gear mesh and rotate together. It is used across various fields, such as transferring cooling and lubricating oil in machine tools, as well as in ships and agricultural machinery. NOP's Trochoid® pump minimizes gear meshing irregularities to the utmost extent, earning high acclaim for its quality and maintaining a market share of approximately 70% in Japan's machine tool industry.

Trochoid Pump with suction filter

Among the various Trochoid Pumps from NOP, this particular model, equipped with a suction filter, is especially suited for transferring cutting fluids (water-based or oil-based coolants). It is compact and features a dual W filter design, meaning there is no need to stop the machine for filter replacement, ensuring high productivity. Additionally, the pump operates with low noise and boasts a long lifespan—key benefits highly appreciated by users.

Coolant tank (coolant unit)

Coolant unit with chip conveyor, equipped with an NOP cyclone filter pump. Developed in collaboration with Suzuka IP (Thailand), this coolant unit is tailored for the Thai market and designed for BT30-type machining centers. The NOP cyclone filter pump effectively removes sludge, eliminating the need for a drum filter and resulting in a maintenance-free coolant unit with fewer breakdowns. Additionally, we offer consultations for modifications and improvements to existing tanks.

High-pressure and medium-pressure units for center-through applications (NOP filter pumps)

The “NOP Filter Pump” is a high-pressure and medium-pressure coolant pump that integrates both the filter and pump into a single unit. This design eliminates the need for line filters, suction filters, or separate clean tanks, significantly reducing the factory space required. The pump is available with either a cyclone filter or the proprietary Turbulence Filter®, which features automatic cleaning to continuously remove accumulated sludge, ensuring maintenance-free filter operation.

High-flow, low-pressure unit with NOP cyclone filter pump

The filter pump, equipped with a proprietary inverted cyclone filter, efficiently separates dirty and clean fluids, offering high-capacity filtration. It is compact and easy to retrofit onto machine tool coolant tanks. The pump helps address coolant tank issues, such as reducing processing defects and preventing clogging of discharge pipes.

Impeller Pump

An impeller pump generates pressure by rotating vanes to transfer liquid. The impeller pumps from the Taiwanese manufacturer 'STAIRS,' provided by NOP, are used in coolant units for machine tools in Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia. This oil mist collector offers a balanced combination of high efficiency, energy savings, and long-term durability. Its high-performance filter effectively captures fine particles, including PM2.5, and is compatible with multiple machine tools such as CNC lathes. Featuring washable and reusable filters along with a high-efficiency motor, it reduces both maintenance costs and power consumption.

Oil Skimmer / Chip Filter (TCSM)

It efficiently processes oil and metal chips—comprising mixed materials such as aluminum and iron—generated by machine tools like CNC milling machines. The high-quality three-stage separation structure effectively separates and recovers oil, sludge, and metal debris.
