Pallet conveyor

Perfect-veyor

Okura's Vertical Conveyors that realize reliable vertical conveyance with space-saving design. Goods can be transported upstairs and downstairs reliably in a horizontal state. Ideal for high-speed vertical transportation of case products, available in 2 types -- Z type and C type.

TC / Vertical conveyor

Vertical conveyance of goods by sandwiching them between a hard belt and a soft belt. Gently wraps goods of different sizes and shapes, enabling random continuous transport. It is a lifter (vertical conveyor) suitable for high-speed transport of case products with loads upto 50kg and capable of processing 4,500 pieces per hour.

Pallet lifter

Pallet lifters that vertically convey heavy objects such as pallets are ideal for transportation between floors in facilities such as factories, logistics warehouses, and distribution centers. The layout can be freely adjusted according to the requirements, such as floor height and conveyor direction for loading / unloading. In addition, smooth and stable transfer by inverter control is worriless for cargo collapse. Unlike elevators, there is no need for a statutory inspection. It can be used only by self-inspection on an average of four times a year.

Uni-sorter

Adopting a slide shoe system, it can handle a wide variety of transported goods from small items to breakable items, bags, and long items. A maximum of 22,000 pieces can be sorted per hour, and the reliable sorting mechanism allows flexible sorting of items from lightweight up to 45kg. Maintenance and inspection are easy because of the simple unit structure.

High speed sorter

The pop-up method enables sorting softly with little shock. It sorts various products such as carton cases, poly cases, and heavy items accurately and carefully. Moreover, since it is unitized, it is possible to make the entire line a compact layout.

Carbel sorter

Since it is carried on a belt conveyor-equipped cart, various small items are reliably sorted. Products are placed on the cart belt, the loading / unloading port is narrower and the number of ports per unit length can be increased compared to the natural drop method. In addition, by reversing the movement of the belt on the cart, the output direction can be selected on both sides of the line, realizing a compact layout.
