What is IP69K?
"IP69K" is protection against high-temperature, high-pressure water specified in DIN 40050 PART 9 of the German Industrial Standard (Deutsche Industrie Normen).
IP69K Testing Method
・Spray hot water at 80°C onto the test sample from a nozzle with a specified shape at a water pressure of 80 to 100 BAR.
・The amount of water is 14 to 16 liters/minute
・The distance between the test sample and the nozzle is 10 to 15 cm.
・The direction of water discharge is 0/30/60/90 degrees in the horizontal direction.
Waterproof Performance
・Test sample is not adversely affected by high-temperature/high-pressure/steam jet cleaning environment.
