Established in Thailand in 2008, Ryosho (Thailand) Co., Ltd. has been providing advanced technology and services to the Southeast Asian market. Our parent company, RYODEN Co., Ltd., founded in 1947, now operates 30 domestic locations and 21 overseas offices, achieving annual sales exceeding 200 billion yen, and has grown into a global enterprise. Originally starting as a sales agent for Mitsubishi Electric, RYODEN has since adopted a mission of creating businesses that solve social challenges. Centered on four core business areas—factory automation (FA), refrigeration and thermal systems, building systems, and electronics—we are also expanding into new fields such as smart agriculture, energy, and healthcare, leveraging our expertise to address evolving societal needs.
In Thailand, in addition to our core business of selling electronic devices and semiconductors, we are strengthening two key growth areas: Factory Automation (FA) and Ecology & Facility (E&F). What sets us apart is that we are more than a trading company. By collaborating with our engineering subsidiary, Ryosho Engineering (Thailand) Co., Ltd., we provide total support from factory setup to post-operation parts procurement. Our business is built on three pillars: “building air-conditioning,” “production equipment,” and “global procurement,” enabling total coordination from the user’s perspective to ensure seamless and efficient factory operations.

At Ryosho, we offer a wide range of products and solutions not only from Mitsubishi Electric but also from various other leading manufacturers as an authorized distributor. Our in-house team handles equipment installation, and in the event of any issues, our Japanese staff provide prompt on-site support—ensuring reliability and strong customer trust. Our solutions are highly valued for being “higher in quality than local competitors, yet more flexible and cost-competitive than other Japanese companies.”

Moving forward, we will not only strengthen our proposals to Japanese companies but also expand our offerings to local enterprises, while further leveraging our connections with global bases, such as those in China, to deliver advanced technical solutions.
By shifting from a device-centric business model and focusing on the FA and E&F divisions, we are promoting a transition from providing products (“things”) to delivering solutions and services (“experiences”). Through this approach, we aim to address our customers’ challenges in the Thai market and become a company they can rely on even more.
