Siam Sanritsu handles Japanese “TAKUMI Safety” brand PPE (personal protective equipment/safety protective equipment) products in Thailand. Safety shoes and safety gloves from TAKUMI Safety (Head office: Chiba City, Chiba Prefecture) are Japanese quality PPE products that also meet European safety standards.
TAKUMI Safety’s safety gloves have excellent cut and abrasion resistance, and safety shoes are offered with various functions to protect from falling objects, for treading through areas with metal fragments/chips, and to protect from slips due to oil and water at construction sites and manufacturing factories in Thailand.
Since their introduction in Thailand in 2015, these products have been used in the automotive parts manufacturing factories, PC precision parts manufacturing factories, as well as other manufacturing and construction industries in Thailand and are expanding their market share.

Safety shoes with additional features such as oil resistance, slip resistance, and electrostatic resistance from TAKUMI Safety
Until a few years ago, when we visited manufacturing factories in Thailand, we used to see workers wearing sandals, crushed shoe heels, and cheap-but-low-quality/easily-broken safety shoes. Now, however, the awareness of the workers themselves and those in charge of purchasing has changed, and they are demanding high quality PPE products.
In terms of safety shoes, people tend to wear Japanese brands that are made with high quality and not only offer safety performance, but also fit well and are comfortable to wear. Women, in particular, prefer safety shoes that are fashionable.

TAKUMI Safety's safety shoes are less expensive than those of other Japanese brands, and include the “SCARLETT” model with a color scheme for women and the “NINJA” model with a sports shoe design for daily use, while maintaining safety performance.

▲ "SCARLETT" is preferred by women engaged in light work such as warehouse work because it is lightweight and has an excellent fit, and further has toe protection performance that complies with European standards.
TAKUMI Safety's four popular types of safety shoes have undergone a model change to enhance their functions due to the recent emergence of similar products in Thailand (old models can no longer be handled as soon as they are out of stock).
The four models are introduced below.

The model that I, Yuguchi, recommend is the “NINJA II”, the successor to the TSH115. The NINJA II, which I use myself, has a stylish design in silver and black, is lightweight, and has an excellent fit. I wear it when visiting customers' factories.
