This product inspects for scratches, defects and foreign substances on the inner surface.
The laser light emitted from the inspection probe is rotated to move and inspect inside the cylinder.
Since the probe is a variable focus type, clear data can always be acquired.
It detects even microscopical defects with a minimum diameter of φ0.05 mm.
Another feature is that even if there are inspection parts with different diameters on one workpiece, they can be inspected as they are.
