Conventional Cup-Type Brushes:
Because the brush is welded or press-fitted onto a shaft-mounted plate, customers cannot replace the brush section on-site. As a result, used brushes must be returned or disposed of in bulk, leading to extra packaging work and higher transportation costs.
Cartridge-Type Brush:
By making only the bristle section a replaceable brush block, on-site replacement at the customer’s facility becomes possible.
The shaft and plate are integrated into a dedicated reusable holder, allowing repeated use. In addition, because the brush block contains almost no metal components, industrial waste is greatly reduced.
